SleepQuest is contracted with most national networks and many regional payors. With over 161 million lives under contract, SleepQuest is contracted with most major insurance companies. When we receive a referral from your physician, our experienced staff will contact your insurance provider and obtain coverage information. When necessary, we act as patient advocates with Care Management Departments to document medical necessity for the services for which patients are referred. We strive to provide patients with a clear understanding of their insurance coverage including any possible out-of-pocket expenses and will inform you via email or phone of your benefits.
Prior to providing any service, SleepQuest's Eligibility and Benefits Department will establish:
- Whether SleepQuest can provide the service(s) requested
- Whether SleepQuest is considered In-Network or Out-of-Network with your plan
- Co-Insurance / Deductibles / Out-of-Pocket Estimates
- If authorization is required
This information will be provided to you via email or telephone.
Once services have been provided, we work closely with your insurance company and submit claims on a timely basis. Our knowledgeable staff is experienced in navigating the often confusing world of insurance reimbursement. We work directly with patients, physicians and insurance companies to address any issues that may delay the payment of a claim.
